Formats and compatibility

  • DOCX opens in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer and Google Docs. No tracked changes, no macros.
  • XLSX uses standard formulas that work in Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice Calc, and in Google Sheets after import. Input cells are shaded. Formula results are tested against fixture data before each release.
  • PDF files are for printing and reading. Editable versions of the main templates are included as DOCX or Markdown.
  • Markdown versions paste into wikis and Git repositories.
  • PPTX (Team pack) opens in PowerPoint, Keynote, LibreOffice Impress and Google Slides.

Licensing

  • Starter and Operations: internal use by the purchasing organization. Use and modify freely inside your organization.
  • Team Deployment: internal use across every team in the purchasing organization, including your internal wiki or intranet.
  • All packs: documents you complete with the templates are yours. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

What the packs are not

The packs are templates. They do not include consulting, implementation help, a support agreement, or any certification, and they are not legal, regulatory, security or compliance advice. The severity worksheet and policy workbook are illustrative examples to adapt, not industry standards. Scorecards compute from your own data and contain no benchmark values.

Delivery and refunds

When purchasing opens, payment will be handled on a hosted checkout page by a payment provider, which will deliver the ZIP file immediately after payment and issue the receipt. This site will never see your card details. Refund terms are in the terms of use.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see a full template before buying?

The free starter kit uses the same structure and style as the paid packs, and the previews above show real pages. Every file is listed by name and format.

Will I get updates?

Each release has a version number. When purchasing opens, the checkout provider's download page is where updated versions would be made available. We do not promise a specific update schedule.

Which pack should I choose?

Starter covers reviews and tracking for one team. Operations adds major incident coordination and communications. Team adds organization-wide rollout material and a broader license. If unsure, start with the free kit.

Do the spreadsheets contain industry benchmarks?

No. They calculate from your own records. We do not include benchmark figures because published numbers rarely share your definitions.
