• The MTTR calculator, severity classifier and postmortem generator run entirely in your browser. Files and text you enter are not sent to us or anyone else.

The browser tools

The tools read files and form input using JavaScript in your browser. There is no upload endpoint, and the site's content security policy only allows the page to make network requests back to this site. The tools do not save your input in browser storage. Closing or resetting the page discards it. If analytics is enabled, it can only record that a tool was opened or completed; it never receives file contents, incident details, timestamps, identifiers or anything you type.

Hosting and server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request information when you load a page, such as IP address, browser user agent, the address requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and is kept for a limited period under the hosting provider's retention settings.

Third-party services

The site currently uses no third-party analytics, email or payment services.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set cookies or use browser storage for tracking or for tool data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict its use. We hold very little: at most, an email subscription and order records provided by our payment provider. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
